Text Message Terms

Program description: We send text messages to landowners who asked us for an offer or information through our website form at goodneighborland.com/contact and agreed to get texts from us. We collect consent with two separate, optional checkboxes on that form: one for non-marketing texts and one for marketing texts. We also send texts to landowners who give verbal consent during a phone call with our representative. Non-marketing messages include updates about your property, reminders for scheduled calls, details about your offer, and answers to your questions. If you check the marketing box, you may also get occasional texts about our land buying services.

Consent is optional: You do not have to agree to texts to get an offer or to sell your land to us.

How to stop: You can cancel text messages at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1-614-350-3347. We will send one text to confirm, and then you will get no more texts from us. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.

How to get help: Reply "HELP" for help, email us at [email protected], or call 1-614-350-3347.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and frequency: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Age: You must be 18 or older to get texts from us.

Offers and purchases
